JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a talented and experienced strategist who can manage client relationships and lead project teams to conduct message research and development, create communications strategies and execute multi-media campaigns. Top-notch writing skills, a strategic perspective on communications, commitment to quality and attention to detail are essential. Experience in politics, government, advocacy, branding and/or marketing is also required.

·   Demonstrate the ability to lead a team of researchers, designers and other communications professionals to produce high-quality analytical, strategic and creative content

·   Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines, ensuring top quality and maintaining a positive attitude

·   Exhibit excellent strategic judgment, creativity and know-how in utilizing a variety of communications tools and techniques, particularly digital strategies and social media

 Qualifications include:

·   A portfolio with a variety of high-quality content and strategic communications products

·   7-10 years experience working in advocacy, government, politics, marketing and/or journalism

·   Proven ability to manage complex projects from beginning to end, meeting high quality standards and deadlines

·   A team player with a good sense of humor and commitment to excellence

·   Graduate degree preferred; training in marketing, journalism, communications, psychology and related fields a plus
