The American Clean Skies Foundation (ACSF) has an immediate opening for a part-time (20 - 25 hours/week) Project Assistant/Consultant in San Francisco to support the organization’s CEO and start-up activities related to a new green power affiliate, Renewable Power Direct (RPD) (see www.renewablepowerdirect.com).
Responsibilities include: research and writing online content (for blogs, Wikis, op-eds); representing ACSF/RPD at Bay Area meetings and special events; providing marketing support and follow up for RPD business leads; plus some calendar and administrative support for a Bay Area office.
The ACSF is looking for a self-starter with excellent writing skills, a drive for action and a passion for change; someone with at least 3-5 years job experience, preferably in the energy/environmental sector; a BA/BS or advanced degree (MA, MBA) with superior academic performance; a demonstrated proficiency with basic HTML editors, office software and social media tools.
