JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking an Executive Assistant with 3+ years of experience, who is a detail-oriented project manager and problem-solver. Atten­tion to detail is critical, as you will meet the administrative needs of our president and CEO and other select team members, and help manage project logistics and workflow from intake to exit.Hattaway Communications offers an exciting, fast-paced environment that puts a premium on learning, innovation and impact. You will have the opportunity to learn and grow professionally, while making a difference for causes you care about. The Executive Assistant will:

 

·   Managethe president’s schedule and travel arrangements, for both business and personal matters

·   Lead management ofinternal systems and support for business development, marketing and relationship management

·   Coordinate scheduling and handle arrangements for a busy roster of internal and external meetings

·   Assist project teams with preparation of presentations and materials, and perform basic research and other tasks

·   Complete special projects, as assigned by the company president, for business and personal needs

·   Manage multiple projects simultaneously, and follow through on tasksin a timely manner

·   Book travel arrangements and provide administrative support to selected team members, as needed

·   Serve as office manager, with responsibility for managing supplies, facilities, etc.

 

Qualifications include:

 

·   Expert written and verbal communication skills

·   Strong decision-making ability and commitment to quality, with a dedication to details

·   Experience handling a wide range of administrative and project sup­port tasks, including travel arrangements

·   Excellent organizational skills and interest in administrative processes and challenges

·   An ability to plan ahead, anticipate needs and take initiative

·   Working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook),Google Mail and Calendar,Apple/Mac proficiency

 

Salary and benefits commensurate with experience.
